The Beginning
His real estate career began with a $50 bet. His friend challenged him to take the real estate exam and pass it at his first try. It was the easiest $50 he ever made!
2008

Miguel takes his first steps as a real estate agent and learns the ins and outs of real estate transactions. He sold only 1 home during his first year as a sales agent.

AA in Business Administration
Miguel goes back to school for his second AA degree. This time in Business Administration from Chabot Community College.

Successfully managed and disposed of over 80 assets - REOs. Helped dozens of families to avoid foreclosure by walking them and representing them in Short Sales of their homes. Recipient of the Champion Circle Award in 2012 - #2 in sales volume nationally. Over $21 Million of personal accumulated production in sales.

Recipient of the RE/MAX EXECUTIVE Award in 2014. Negotiated sales and advised clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and related matters.
