Miguel Portales is a seasoned real estate professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 14 years, during which he has successfully sold and leased homes in various regions, including the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, San Diego, and Orange counties. Notably, he has a proven track record, having completed 93 tenant placements and 11 home sales in just the last 24 months.
Early on in his career, Miguel distinguished himself as a Top Producer Sales Agent in Northern California, enabling him to establish strong and enduring relationships with his clients. For him, real estate is more than just a profession; it's a passion that drives him to go above and beyond for his clients and community.
Miguel is fluent in Spanish, which is a valuable asset when communicating with Spanish-speaking families. He also leverages his backgrounds in Computer Graphics Design and Business to develop innovative marketing strategies, giving him a competitive edge. As a US Air Force Veteran, Miguel's military background equips him with the discipline, organization, and resilience necessary to tackle any challenge that comes his way.
